Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $5.00 (Free on orders over $75)
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days - $12.00
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $25.00 (Order by 2pm EST)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with delivery times varying by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

  • Europe: 5-7 business days - $15.00
  • Asia/Australia: 7-10 business days - $20.00

Orders typically process within 1 business day before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Fragrance Guarantee

We want you to love your fragrance as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

7-Day Returns

Return any unopened, unused items within 30 days for a full refund.

Testers Only

Opened perfumes can be returned if less than 10% used (tester size only).

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@luxuryscents.in within 7 days
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Package your items securely and attach the label
  4. Drop off at any UPS location

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your email.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and file a claim with the carrier.

Address changes must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@luxuryscents.in with your order number.

We can ship to PO boxes via standard mail, but expedited shipping options are not available for PO box addresses.
