How long do your perfumes last?
Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality ingredients for lasting wear:
- Eau de Parfum: 6-8 hours
- Eau de Toilette: 4-6 hours
- Cologne: 2-4 hours
Longevity varies based on skin type, climate, and application method.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free company. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we don't sell in markets that require animal testing.
Do you offer samples?
We offer sample sets that allow you to try multiple fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle. Our Discovery Set includes 5 popular fragrances in travel-size vials.
All first-time customers receive a free sample with their order.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping times are:
- Domestic: 3-5 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Express shipping options are available at checkout. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Some fragrance ingredients are restricted in certain countries. If we can't ship a product to your location, you'll be notified during checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused products with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
